You are receiving the disconnect from them. Probably not a telco issue.
You should probably bring it up to whoever owns that 800 number.

hangup

I have a H323/PRI that when I call this 800 number and hit option 1,
option 1 I get a hangup. Any other ideas besides bringing in telco? It
works fine from my cell phone.
