[cisco-voip] CCME FXO dropped calls after retrieving from Hold...

OK, got a CCME with an FXO... users receive calls, place them on hold...
after retrieving them from hold (resume) the call is fine for 30-40 seconds
then it drops.
The customer claims this is reproducible.
IOS is 12.4.24T on a 2801...
Any ideas?
