[cisco-voip] Phone reset problem

Ahmed,
I had something similar, where the phone would not reset. It came down to
the fact that my PUB and SUB databases were not sync'd (or syncing). They
should have been sync'd, but they were not. I don't have more details on
this, since I had a VAR called in to fix it.
