[cisco-voip] MGCP Inbound Calls Question

Verify that the gateway has its significant digits set to all (or 5). It
will be located under the "Incoming/Inbound Call" parameters or settings (I
forget the actual name) but it will be obvious. This I believe is at the
MGCP endpoint level and not the gateway.
