Check the docs on MCS server support.  It depends on what you have.

Upgrade should be the normal upgrade from DVD and reboot to new partition.
 (you will need the feature license)

along the lines of licensing...... I think it moves to UCL rather then DLUs.
 something to know.

I have not done this.  This is just what I believe to be true.  If you have
doubts....... Check the docs on Cisco.com
