[cisco-voip] CUCM 6.1.2 - CUCM 8.x

Hi all,

A customer of ours is requesting an upgrade from CUCM 6.1.2 - CUCM 8.x. I have not seen CUCM 8.x, and according to the Cisco's Compatibility Matrix, there is an upgrade for this. Has anyone had a similar request, or maybe did this already?


-          Will this be compatible on the MCS servers?

-          What is the upgrade process? Ie. Just like loading a patch? Re-install from scratch, and restoring? DMA?

-          Anything that one should lookout for? Ie. Licensing?
