I've done some upgrades to 8. You still have the same DLU's. UCL
isn't in effect yet for upgrades. Not sure about new ver8 installs
though for UCL.
Just make sure to use the provided media for the upgrade. If you try
to download the file and burn the iso to disk, it won't work.
