IPMA has definitely been improved stability wise in UCM 7 and up.
And with UCM you now can use speeddial blf's and call-forward-override, this
might be an idea to look into to replace IPMA, does not provide all of the
features, like filters and full control from the phone, but also has less
impact on the user.

Hi Geoff,
personally I really like the Group / Group MA product from andtek
(www.andtek.com). Very Flexible, does a lot more than ipma and can even be
fully controlled from the phones.
