[cisco-voip] Call Forwarding question

Yes u r right I changed this option in service parameter and restarted
the phones but nothing changed, but I changed this only on the publisher
and there are two more subscribers so should I chsnge it in the service
parameters of all servers ?

There is an option that I recall about retain call forwarding detail in
the service parameters..

 

Maybe that is where the issue is.. it is disabled by default IIRC...

I'm pretty sure the display info should update after the call is
forwarded.

 

The option you are talking about is for the called party's phone to
display forwarding information.
