[cisco-voip] VT Advantage and Polycom RMX

Not sure how similar the RMX is to the MPX but CSCsl48146 is something to look out for.

I believe CSCsz08942 is the bug Phil is referring to, which is actually an enhancement and should be fixed in 2.2(1) that is on cisco.com.
