[cisco-voip] CUCCX 7.x Supervisor Desktop - Workflow, Email Alert; Setup questions

I'm attempting to setup an email alert action in the Supervisor Workflow
Administrator.
When I click the "Send" button in the "Test Mail" section it displays
"Error sending mail" but that is it.
Is there any way to enable logging, or something so I can see what the
cause of the failure is?
