Lelio,
I believe that detail was specific to CM's native implementation of
FAC/CMC. When going out to PSTN it is typically a matter of placing the
call with out of band digits and then providing the code via inband digits.
Enbloc dialing is faster and less susceptible to error. Digit at a time
allows problems such as:
CSCso95186 Third generation phones insert digits when directory dialing
I also updated the Release-note so we can all find this faster next time.
