Hi Ryan,

Thanks for answering.

The Display IE is enabled, and the Q.Sig Tunneling - I cant find this
anywhere on the trunk config??

Thanks again!

Johnny

What is the calling party selection on the 6.1 ICT?

Do you have Display IE enabled on the ICT (both clusters)?

Alternatively is Q.sig tunneling enabled on the ICT (both sides)?

Hi everyone,

I'm not entirely sure this is possible and haven't been able to find
anything that I can work with to get this going.

What we have is the following:

CUCM 4.1.3 -> ICT -> CUCM 6.1.5

Phone B on CUCM 6.1.5 CFW's to Phone A on CUCM 4.1.3.

When Phone B is called, Phone A only displays Phone B's Extension, not
the Caller Name.

When Phone B is CFW'd to Phone C which is also on CUCM 6.1.5 (The same
applies for a CUCM 4.1.3 scenerio) the Caller Name is displayed
correctly.

Anyone got any idea's as to why there is no Caller Name across a
non-gatekeeper controlled ICT between CUCM 6.1.5 and CUCM 4.1.3?

Cheers,

Johnny
