Any link on how I can do that, I am not sure of how to connect to the call manager to do that, I have seen some command line information but I would really love to complete a query from my desktop.

Thanks

Neal

External phone mask should be the e164mask field in the devicenumplanmap table.

Subject: [cisco-voip] External Phone Number Mask

I need to find which phone has the wrong external MASK. I have 1 phone out of 1000 with the wrong external Mask. I don't want to go through every phone.

Do I need to do a SQL query? If so how do I accomplish this, I am on 7.1.3.10000-11 Linux!

Thanks

Neal
