ROTFLMBO........ you sound like my Account team.

reports don't work..... upgrade to 8.  there is a bug..... upgrade to 8.
 Does Cisco just think we upgrade for the fun of it?

we have to go through months of testing  and sign offs before major version
upgrades.....
