[cisco-voip] Unity Connection 8 and LDAP

Looking at my LDAP Directory settings in UC8 it should be importing the "Telephone number" field from Active Directory which is the same behavior as CUCM.

The Help doc for "this page" (LDAP Directory) says you may choose to import either the telephoneNumber or ipPhone field. However, in UC8 I am not seeing the ability to choose one over the other. telephoneNumber is what is listed under User Fields and upon importing users the value assigned to telephoneNumber in AD is never brought into UC8.

In fact, there is no Extension field when displaying user information in UC8 for a user that has been imported through LDAP. The Telephone Number field is populated for the users on the Active Directory server and that field does show up for CUCM End Users. Does anyone know how to integrate UC8 with LDAP and associate the user with their appropriate extension?
