[cisco-voip] Database get stop to fetch data

Hi folks, i am facing an issue in UCCX. we are fetching data from oracle DB which stops fetching data after few times and by refreshing the Data Source in CRS editor it start working again for some time and then the same issue happens. What could be the cause of this. This is system is in production and we never face this issue before.
