[cisco-voip] Ports for credit card machines

Try some more basic tests - do normal phone calls work?  All too often we
forget a phone call has to work first.

If that works, then see if the firewall is 'aware' of the protocol you're
using.  If it's SIP, make sure it's SIP aware and not blocking a re-invite.

My hunch is that the call doesn't work whether it is fax or not.
