[cisco-voip] Unity 5.0.1 and Exchange 2010 MWI issue

Have a customer currently running Unity 5.0.1 and Exchange 2010 in a Unified Messaging environment.  Periodically (couple times a week) , MWI will get out of sync and stop working.  VM continues to work.  If you restart "Microsoft Exchange Active Directory Topology" service on Exchange server, MWI will start working again.  One of our engineers has been working with TAC on it for awhile but have yet to resolve.

Has anyone else dealt with this?
