I think you can also run some commands from the CUE command line interface.

 

If I recall something like:

 

Ccn application restart

 

I’m just trying to find the command reference but try logging into the CUE module via the CLI and do a few ? commands around clear ccn ?

I tried a whole bunch of things, changing and saving configs for the dial in numbers. I didn't try unchecking the enabled button, saving, checking the enable button and saving again. 

 

I ended up reloading as well.

	We had a WAN outage and the ports became un-registered.  Once the WAN came back up the CTI Route Points didn’t re-register (bug?) back to CallManager.

	 

	Is there something I can type on the CUE CLI to get the CTI Route Points to re-register?  I did a reload which fixed it, but not the commands I was looking for.
