[cisco-voip] IP phone registration issue on CME

Dear cisco-voip experts,

Now I'm seeing the IP phone registration issue on CME.  
( This is not production but just for my lab dynagen / dynamips.  )

It seems 7960 can get IP Address via DHCP,

However it seems it stuck in tftp process, the error message "Protocol
Application Invalid" is displayed on LCD of the 7960.  
It is retrying the tftp every 20 seconds.

I have already tried factory default but it didn't help.  

Has anybody seen like this, or does anybody have any idea for it?  

I appreciate it if I have any advice for this from you guys.
