[cisco-voip] CUP has a SIP Proxy and # of sessions/sec

We are using CUPS 6.0 has a SIP Proxy in front of our CVP servers.  I
would like to move to (the ambiguously named) CUSP module which is now
licensed based on session/second.

Is there a way to find the number of sessions I am handling on my CUP
servers?   If not, does anyone know how you can do this from a network
span port (Wireshark?)
