[cisco-voip] AS5350 accepting ISDN 3.1kHz calls?

Hi,

I have this piece of ISDN PRI equipment I'm curretly certifying for use. I 
thought I'd test it by connecting it to an AS5350 I have available for 
testing. Unfortunately when the AS5350 receives a call on the ISDN 
interface they are rejected as follows:

How do I make the AS5350 accept calls with "Transfer Capability = 3.1kHz 
Audio" in the bearer capability? Unfortunately the calling party only 
sends calls using in this way and there's no way for me to change that. I 
tried setting bearer-cap 3100Hz on the correct voice-port, but that's just 
for outgoing calls, not incoming. I'm running IOS 12.4(20)T2
