[cisco-voip] MCS78235-I3 Installation Failed USB diagnostics

New out of box MCS7835I3-K9-CMD1, has 8.0.2.40000-1 pre-installed on hard drive from factory, it asked for network info, then was copying files when Installation Failed message appeared.  Anyone seen this?

I'm uploading the USB diagnostics file to a TAC case 615717759. Going to try burning an image of 7.1.3.32900-4 to DVD.

I like the pre-installed hard drive media, but shouldn't a backup disk be included too? I'm going to start looking in the many boxes....400 phone deployment.
