[cisco-voip] MCS78235-I3 Installation Failed USB diagnostics

i've seen it before when i was installing version 7.0 when it was first
released
and i opened a TAC case too.
I had to re-install the application using a dvd
in my case the installation failed because i didn;t have a dns server
