I'm benchmarking our VG224 and SRST and it seems to be taking between 6 1/2 and 7 minutes to failover. I looked at some debugs and it's trying to communicate over and over with the subs (3 configured). Finally it registers to the SRST gateway.

This link mentions immediate switchover but also states only graceful is supported? I tried it and it doesn't make a difference.

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/voice/fxs/configuration/guide/fxssrst.html#wp1055007

3845/SRST: IOS v15.0(1)M2 SRST v7.1
CCM: v4.1(3)
VG224: 12.4(22)T5

Anyone run into this before? Is 6 minutes expected?
