Sounds like someon pressed the MCID softkey on a phone, unrelated to slippage and feedback/echo troubleshooting.
They likely were playing, go to that phone and ask the end user if anyone pressed MCID softkey.

Funny thing just happened calls were dropped and I just received this notice:

Do I have a major issue and is this related to slippage on the PRIs?

I am starting to get feedback on phone calls. I have had users adjust the volumes on the phones, still nothing. Any pointers for fixing feedback?
