[cisco-voip] how replace the busy or ringback tone with customprompts?

If you have 8.0 there appears to be some ability to replace some of these files but busytone doesn't appear to be one of them (listed but not editable)

hi,

If a user is already on a call, the callie hears the ringback tone. Can we change this to custom prompts like the " user is on another call"

We are  running CCM 4.2 and CRS 4.0
