Contact Center?
Does OCS / LYNC have a contact center?
I have not looked in depth into OCS, but I'm guessing that cisco has better

As for support, I'm guessing if it's like exchange your kind of on your own,
or paying a pretty hefty cost on each support call.
Those come to mind.
