[cisco-voip] CUxAC: Park Calls Ring Back

While we are on the CUxAC subject, when I dial the CTI RP that goes to my AA in UCxN the call rings through my call handlers to the RP for the CUxAC queue fine, when I dial in from an outside number I see UCxN do the same thing it did for the internal call but the Queue never picks up, I get a constant ring. Getting ready to open a TAC case for it.

Sorry - you're quicker than I am.... :)

It does "recall", but it works slightly differently to UCM. When the recall happens, the call reappears in the F5 section of the console - same as if it was a transfer recall, call hold etc. This gives us more flexibility for the calls, in case the operator was not at their desk when the call recalled

You wont hear RINGING per se. You should hear a different tone through the PC speakers though - again, it plays a different tone so that the operator can differentiate between a "new call" and a "reverted call" without looking at the screen

Cheers

Well never mind I found it, albeit even though I have ringing enabled for a reversion on the client the pc is not playing the ring tone.

Can they ring back like regular parks?
Hopefully Bennie is watching the list today! :)
