[cisco-voip] Cisco Emergency Responder and Cisco UCS

I'd keep your eyes peeled for something in the 8.5 release.  Keep in mind
that there's a moving matrix of product/UC version/hardware support, so it
may be on some hardware but not others, etc.  Not saying this is at all
specific to CER.
