[cisco-voip] CUCM IPMA pictogram disappears on manager phone after a few minutes

CUCM 7.*, IP Phone 7965G.

I have an IPMA setup in shared line mode where the "bell" diagram
disappears from manager's phone after a few seconds. Getting back to
the assistant configuration and saving it restores the order.

Does this sounds like a replication issue or am I just having a
misconfiguration?
