The problem is with the Ram in the server. A 1GB Ram was giving the problem. IBM has come and changed it. And everything is working fine. Thanks for the help guys.

Yeah I agree with your point. Let me see whether we can do an upgrade, the best suggestion is to reinstall the subscriber as we have call center running 24*7 L.

I believe the high CPU cause the server to be non responsive. There's some sort of polling by the system level. When it decide the system is not responsive for i.e 15min. It will think the server hang and initiate a hard power reset.
I think you should upgrade to 8.0.3 and maybe the latest su1 . In 8.0.2c , I faced a lot of funny issue such as dpreplication is mark as good but in fact the dbreplication already break and server crashed due to moh issue causing kernel panic.

I think you should seriously consider an upgrade to 8.0.3(a) the latest on site as you version is a deferred version鈥 have 8.0.3 (a) working okay in production.

We have a publisher and subscriber running with 8.0.2. Everything was working fine before, all of the sudden the subscriber is rebooting very often. Every one hour it reboots. Until the next reboot we don鈥檛 see any problem. But the moment the phones are going to publisher no one can call outside for ten minutes. When checked in RTMT the CPU Usage is going High, literally to 100%. And then it is rebooting. Any suggestions are appreciated.
