[cisco-voip] Unity playing Opening Greeting instead of Subscriber Greeting for 1 subscriber

I'd suggest downloading the latest version of the Port Status Monitor:

http://ciscounitytools.com/Applications/Unity/PortStatusMonitor42/PortStatusMonitor42.html

The updated version will also include the calling/called/forwarding
information on each call. With that, you can verify what calling
number Unity is receiving and then verify whether that extension is
associated with the problem user's account in Unity. If all of that
checks out, then you might want to run the latest DBWalker to rule out
any database inconsistencies.
