Technically Cisco CallManager never supported MGCP with fractional, however do a Google search for busying out the unused B-Channels in IOS under interface ser0/0/0:23. I think I also saw reference to some service parameters in callmanager. I can attest I used that trick many times with no problems.

Subject: [cisco-voip] h323 or mgcp with fractional pri
Hello,
I'm setting up a new gateway and I'm new to using CUCM. I'm wondering what is recommended for a gateway protocol when using a fractional pri? I have read that there are workarounds for using mgcp with a fractional pri, but am I better off going with h323 for other reasons?
Thanks,
Dan.
