I have noticed that the 7942/62 comes with the wide band handset. I'm assuming it's the wide band handset cause it looks a lot like the one illustrated on this page, even though there is not a 14 digit number etched at the bottom of the handset.

Questions:

    • any reason why the 14 digit number does not appear at the bottom of my handsets?
    • any big deal with using the regular handset on these phones if we're using regular G711?
