[cisco-voip] Callmanager 8 - 7936 reboots during DHCP Lease

We have upgraded to CM8.0.2
Cisco 7936 phones are running release:
Software: 3.3(20.00.0001)
Boot Load: PC0503035353

Phone appear to be rebooting during a DHCP lease request. Similar to a
previous bug we encountered on CM4.1.3.
