[cisco-voip] Attendant console

Hello all,

I keep getting call control failed  to initialise on attendant console. 
but not on my pc. 
Could this be due to me having local admin rights and receptionists don't 
have any rights except user ?
Does anyone know of a work around or a way to fix this issue ?
