[cisco-voip] Replacing a Subscriber

For subcriber installation, i will just install as per normal when it
prompts for existing callmanager(cluster), just say yes, put in the 'secret'
key and let it run.
It is very simple as long you know the 'secret key' and the IP address of
the subscriber (new or existing) is inside the callmanager server section.
