[cisco-voip] Bug Toolkit down

That defect is tagged to not be externally visible.  It was found in an 
internal build of 9.0.1 and resolved prior to release of 9.0.2 so 
generally shouldn't be visible.

It is appearing properly in bug toolkit.  There is a possibility the 
defect was present in the 9.0.1 release version in which case the bug 
would become 'customer found' and upon investigation would become 
visible in Bug Toolkit.
