This is a pretty good Feature Support by Protocol that shows what works in SIP vs SCCP with CallManager 8.0/Load 9.0(3)(SCCP/SIP).
Customers sometimes ask about SCCP load vs SIP and what still doesn't work in SIP that works in SCCP. I have a couple smaller deployments where we went with G722 and SIP Load with no problems. The switch between SCCP and SIP loads on the newer phones has also worked very well.
