Yes you can. The DN of the physical Phone can be the same as the DN on the
profile.

I've never seen the message about a admin password or something like that.

 

What happens if you are logged in and press the log off service? What screen
do you get?

You should just get the question "do you want to log off user ..<username>?

And you should have to softkeys available "Yes" and "No"

 

That should be it. What CM version are you using?

Can you have the same number both as an extension mobility number as well as
a normal number on a phone ?

I get the user logged into mobility but when they try to log out I get
please enter the admin password, instead of a logout button .
