You can use the same extension. 



Verify the user is subscribed to the EM logout service and that the EM logout service in on the EM profile.

Can you have the same number both as an extension mobility number as well as a normal number on a phone ? 

I get the user logged into mobility but when they try to log out I get please enter the admin password, instead of a logout button .
