No, what you would need in that case is to forward the messages in the back end from Harry/David's mailbox to Sarah's.

You can also replace the terminated employee's mailbox with a call handler that plays a greeting indicating he has left and Sarah is his replacement, then give them an option to call her directly or be dropped into her voicemail. Use a call routing rule to send calls to his number to the call handler.

I stand corrected. It is available in Unity 4. This would be easier but they would never hear the initial message that says David has left the company would they?

Delete Harry as a subscriber, set his number as an alternate extension for Sarah?

Harry and Sarah work together. They each have their own extension and voicemail.
Harry leaves the company. Is there anyway that if someone calls Harry, the voicemail is left in Sarah's voicemail box? She doesn't want to get all his calls (his greeting says he's no longer with the company, so not everyone is leaving messages), she just wants it that if someone leaves a greeting, it goes to her Inbox.

Unity 4.
