I think you are right Dennis, this would provide a solution, albeit a bit of a sledgehammer to crack a nut! Still, its an option I can give to the users..... thx.

Maybe you could take advantage of the 5 user UCCx package that comes with callmanager. Need a separate server, but with uccx, it would be possible.

Hmmm... I guess from the deafening silence, that it can't be done. That's a shame, and imho is a deficiency of the CM.

Thanks anyway.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Help with Hunt Groups

Hi,

Sorry for the basic question.

I have 3 x 7911's and I want these to all ring when someone dials a single number. So, I propose to set up a hunt group with a hunt pilot, and use a broadcast Line Group.

However, the users do not want calls to "call Forward" anywhere on no-answer (easy), and also for users to get engaged tone when all 3 phones are busy (also easy).

However, if all 3 users are logged out of the hunt group, then the callers need to route to a voicemail system (not so easy!)

My problem is that I can only get calls to call forward to voicemail when everyone is logged out by configuring the hunt pilot to call forward on busy, which of course makes the calls do just that, which I dont want.

Is there a way of separating the "Call Forward on Busy", and the "Call Forward on Everyone Logged Out" events for a hunt pilot number? In other words, make it call forward when everyone is logged out of the hunt group, but have no call forward if everyone is busy?

Or can anyone think of a way to do what I'm trying to do in another way?

Thanks

Simon
