[cisco-voip] Unity Connection 8 HA unable to add all ports

Has anyone run into something like the following?

After adding the HA License to the HA server (250 ports), goto add
the additional ports and the process fails after 51 ports. Error "Unable to
create Port,  Object not found."

License reports 250 for each server available. We can only add 301 ports?
