If you have your router setup as a firewall, you may need to enable sip fixup.  That should alter the internal/external IP mapping.

I overlooked the ios version. Your IOS should not be affected by the new feature as your not using 15 IOS train.  You need to troubleshoot it like any other voip issue.

The new 15.0T ios has a feature called trust list which blocks IP's for H.323, SIP calls by default. Search the achieve for this list you will get the details related to the same.
