[cisco-voip] Cisco WebEx Node for MCS installation

Hi guys,

 

Has anyone done a Cisco MeetingPlace 8 EMS with WebEx node for MCS
installation? I've submitted the request and PAK for WebEx to create the
service and connection but they still haven't responded with the setup
information. My MCS is stuck at the install waiting for me to enter the
details for the connection to WebEx. 

 

How long do they normally take to setup a new service? Is there someone
to contact to check provisioning status? I've logged a TAC case and a
WebEx support request. So far no real success.

 

I am following the install guide below:
