[cisco-voip] Unity VM message forwarding

Hi guys,

 

  I have an old Unity 4.0(3) w/ Exchange and I am trying to get a VM
message forwarded from one subscriber to another.  When I tested this,
the system appears to have forwarded the message to the other
subscriber, but the other subscriber says they have no new messages.
What am I missing to make this work?
