[cisco-voip] SIP IOS 15.0.1M3 with CUPC 8.0.1

Hey guys,
I have logged this issue with Cisco TAC and they are looking into it themselves but I thought I would throw this out there to see if anyone else has run into the problem already.
I currently have some 3845 SIP gateways that when upgraded to version 15.0.1M3 and my Cisco Presence client 8.0.1 is running and call control is active, calls to and from my phone will disconnect after 18seconds of silence and shows up as Recovery on Timer Expiry under a Q931 debug.
The weird thing it if I close CUPC I don't have the issue.
But any other IOS version that I have tried (12.4.24T3 and 12.4.15T13) does not have this problem as far as I can tell.
Has anyone else experienced this and if so have you found a fix for this?
